The summer is quickly approaching here in Florida and that means two things; crazy heat and frequent trips to the beach. Aside from sunscreen one of the most important items to remember to take with you to the beach is a great big towel. I had a chance recently to try out a pair of Microfiber Sport and Swim Towels from Aurorae.

The towels were large, soft and super absorbent yet they were lightweight and thin. When you’re hauling towels for a family of 7 you appreciate a towel that is ultra-portable. If you are at all familiar with Aurorae, you’ll know they are a company that specializes in yoga gear. I’m not all that big into yoga but I’m huge into the beach and their towels are perfect for that.

The towels are great. I love that they are large yet are able to be folded up so compactly and are very lightweight. The microfiber did a great job of drying us off and didn’t attract the sand as much as a traditional towel. They are going to be seeing much more of the beach this summer.
